Summer is here! That means that regardless of whether you are exercising indoors or outdoors, you may be putting yourself at risk of experiencing heat exhaustion and/or heat stroke. Check out these tips to ensure you aren’t increasing your risk of these heat-related illness, but still getting the most out of your workouts.
