Mat Pilates with Jennifer Lamy

Have you ever done Pilates? Want to give it a go? One of our favorite people, Jennifer Lamy is excited to bring this mind-body practice to TnT!
What is Pilates?
STOTT PILATES exercises help both men and women of all ages develop optimal strength, flexibility, endurance, and posture, without building bulk or stressing joints. The perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, athletic training or rehabilitation, STOTT PILATES can help you tone your body, feel revitalized and move with ease.
This will complement the work you are already doing at TNT; the mind-body exercises will improve posture, enhance strength, flexibility, and core stability. While we may use small props like balls and bands, the majority of the work is done on a mat. While this method is gentle; it is energizing, challenging and will leave you craving more!
We have two different 5-week sessions about to start!
Session A:
When: Wednesday 10:15-11:15am
Dates: Nov 18- Dec 16, 2020
Investment: $100 ($90 for current TnT Members)
Session B:
When: Fridays 1:15-2:15pm
Dates: Nov 20- Dec 18, 2020

A little more about Jen:
She’s a Kinesiologist, CSEP Personal Trainer and has received a certificate as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She loves working out with Tammy, being active with her young boys and practicing Pilates at home. In the past, she’s completed a number of OCR including a Spartan trifecta. Her passion lies in helping people find the activities that they can enjoy throughout the seasons of life so they can meet their short and long term goals. She is gentle and deliberate with her clients and their training programs.
