By utilizing the latest sport science research and ensuring safe, effective exercise technique, this sport-specific training will prepare you for your spring sports, while also helping you become injury resilient!
This 4 week session will run from February 24- March 19, 2020.
10-13 year olds (4 sessions)
Training Day: Mondays
Training Time: 4:30-5:30pm
