Use your summer to gain an edge over your competition with Summer Strength and Conditioning (S&C) Training at TnT Metabolic Igniters. This 4 week session will run from July 2-26th, 2019.
By utilizing the latest sport science research and ensuring solid technique, this sport specific training for youth athletes will push you to develop your SPEED, AGILITY, STRENGTH, & POWER. Additionally, S&C training can help you become injury resilient!
Training Days & Times:
Choose the training block that works best for you:
Block A: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 10:45-11:45am
Block B: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 3:15-4:15pm
