Summer S&C Training

Looking to become stronger, faster, and more powerful this summer? Come join in on our athlete-specific Summer Strength and Conditioning (S&C) Training at TnT Metabolic Igniters. This 4 week session will run from August 2-30th, 2019.
By utilizing the latest sport science research and ensuring safe, effective exercise technique, this sport specific training for youth athletes will be sure to prepare you for your fall sports. Even more, did you know, S&C training can help build injury resiliency!?!
Champion’s Package (11 sessions)- Includes 3 days/week of S&C training. Sessions run from 10:30-11:30am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
MVP Package (8 sessions)- Includes 2 days/week of S&C training. Sessions run from 6:15-7:15pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
***NEW program for 10-13 year olds***
Rising Star Package (8 sessions)- These sessions are geared towards those 10-13 year old rising star athletes. Includes 2 days/week of S&C training that incorporates physical literacy and takes a movement preparation focus. Sessions run from 9:45-10:30am on Mondays and Fridays.
