To celebrate this festive season we would like to invite you to our first annual TnT Open House and Holiday Potluck. This is a great opportunity to check out our recently expanded space, meet the Igniters community and indulge in healthy holiday treats! This year we have partnered with Big Brothers and Big Sisters Lacombe by Adopting A Family. Therefore, we will set some time aside during this event to wrap the gifts we have collected for this local family in need.

Our Potluck event also gives you a chance to share your favorite healthy treat and to trade recipes with others who live active, healthy lifestyles.

Let’s take this opportunity to mingle outside of our workout gear, so NO GYM CLOTHES!
