Join us at TNT for a 3-week core program led by Jen Lamy, Professional Kinesiologist and CSEP-CPT. This program will bring mindfulness into your core engagement, improve your core strength, and challenge the way you balance, stabilize, move, lift, and even breathe! This course is foundational and appropriate for all levels of ability.
