What does TnT stand for?
TnT stands for Tammy and Terry, the dedicated, passionate owners of TnT Metabolic Igniters.
What does metabolic mean?
Metabolic is an adjective that pertains to or involves change, and that’s exactly what our workouts and community do to stimulate change!
Our workouts alternate between strength and ‘metabolic’ days. Metabolic training utilizes compound exercises and short rest periods to increase your metabolic rate and maximize your calorie burn!
What makes TnT Metabolic Igniters the right choice for me?
While we can’t make up your mind for you, we can tell you some of the benefits of TnT. Joining TnT Metabolic Igniters is more than just joining a gym. We offer high-quality, leading-edge programming that has a strong emphasis on safe, effective lifting techniques. What’s more, is that TnT is about community. What other events happen at TnT Metabolic Igniters?

Is there a shower?
At TnT Metabolic Igniters we have two bathrooms, however, we do not have showers.
Do I need to pre-register for classes?
Yes, to ensure each member gets the attention they need we do request that everyone registers for classes ahead of time. If you are new to TnT Metabolic Igniters please email info@tntmetabolicigniters.ca or call (403) 598-7213 and we will book you in for a free consultation where you get to meet the coaches, tour our facility, and learn about our classes!
Do I need to sign-up for a membership or can I drop in?
TnT Metabolic Igniters is proud to be a facility that does not require any contracts. However, we do need everyone to pre-register for their classes. This can be done when you purchase one of our monthly pass options.

Can I get a nutrition plan?
At TnT Metabolic Igniters we are passionate about helping each person. With that being said we recognize that each person is unique, therefore a single, universal nutrition plan will not work for everyone. Instead, we offer personalized nutrition coaching. What do I wear to class?
Any activewear that you are comfortable moving in is acceptable. No jeans allowed. In terms of footwear, we STRONGLY recommend that you have low-profile shoes, bare feet are also acceptable.
