In response to the Covid-19 pandemic we have transitioned to offering virtual classes as well as outdoor workouts.
We are excited about the announcement that gyms are permitted to reopen as part of phase two. We are in the process of ensuring we are able to following all recommended guidelines to slow the spread of Covid-19, as such we anticipate our in-person classes will resume August 2020.

We offer small group fitness with a strong focus on the 8 facets of functional fitness. These combine balance, coordination, strength, power, agility, endurance, flexibility and recovery which ensure full body fitness. These classes are adaptable to each and every person.
