Nevertheless, we are still committed to supporting you as you work towards your health and fitness goals. As such we have live virtual workouts available to our members and will be posing a workout of the week on our Facebook page. Be sure to check it out!
We offer small group fitness with a strong focus on the 8 facets of functional fitness. These combine balance, coordination, strength, power, agility, endurance, flexibility and recovery which ensure full body fitness. These classes are adaptable to each and every person.
