We offer small group fitness with a strong focus on the 8 facets of functional fitness. These combine balance, coordination, strength, power, agility, endurance, flexibility and recovery which ensure full body fitness.
These classes offer the same workouts as our regular Igniter classes but are adapted to each individual person’s needs and capabilities.
