I grew up in Edmonton and graduated from the University of Alberta in 2003. University was a great time for me! So much to learn and experience, and the opportunity to make life-long friends. I played a lot of drop-in ultimate Frisbee during those years, and to this day enjoy any chance to play a drop-in sport. My parents are teaching me pickleball. My 79-year-old Dad and 72-year-old Mom have got game!
My husband and I have been in Lacombe for 11 years now, and have two wonderful sons and a goofy, happy Bernadoodle. We enjoy being involved in the community through the boys’ sports, school, our Church, and our growing circle of friends.
I love helping people move a little better, get stronger and be able to confidently move through different seasons of life. Coaching enables me to modify exercises to meet people’s needs. It makes activity accessible for everyone. I believe when your core is strong, the body works better.
I also have a specialty in postpartum corrective exercises, known as Pelvic Floor Training. It is so rewarding to help people after surgery, an accident or childbirth.
I am so thankful my job is fun and active and the hours help me be the mom and wife my family deserves!
