About Me
Hi my name is Mary. My family and I have been living in Lacombe since 2003. I have 5 children, and 2 puppies so life is pretty full. I enjoy hiking,swimming, eating most things chocolate, traveling, and cuddling with my pups.
I have been teaching Spin and Group Fitness since 2013. I am certified through AFLCA, I have taken Resistance Training courses, currently working towards personal training. I attend continuing education seminars yearly to keep current and up-to-date. I also hold and maintain a current CPR certification.
I LOVE spinning, it is my sanity, my therapy, it’s what keeps me moving forward. As I have tried to progress in my own personal fitness over the years I have come to also love resistance training and have truly felt stronger because of it. I’ve enjoyed participating in triathlons in the past, giving me a more specific goal to work toward. I also love getting to know new people and helping others find joy in fitness and providing an environment where all can strive to “be the best version of YOU”. I believe we all can learn from one another and benefit from being a part of a group with similar goals. When we push our comfort zones by being “comfortably uncomfortable”, even a little, we grow in all areas of our lives helping to create wellness and wholeness for ourselves and in turn to our family and friends.
